our WiFi is secure to protect our guests.
if you use a VPN, turn it off, log on, then you can turn the VPN back on.
if your work laptop has advanced security installed, you might still not be able to use our WiFi unless we give you permission. to do this, we will need the MAC ( media access control ) address of your laptop.
this is how you can find it.
apple
select the apple icon in the top left corner
select system settings/preferences
select network
select WiFi
select the button in the bottom right corner that says advanced
look for your MAC address
windows 10
type settings into the search bar at the bottom of the screen
select the settings app to open your settings
select network and internet
select properties
look for your MAC address
our IT will have to manually give you permission, so it might take as few minutes ! x A
