that means a return to a harbour full of beautiful boats, we can't wait.

david and kev have fitted the pearl's front door and windows, a couple of finishing touches and we will be able to take a pic ! and whilst we are at it, I just want to say, we have the b e s t guests, thank you for choosing to stay with us, it is our absolute pleasure.

for lots and lots and lots of reasons, david and I have decided to concentrate solely on our properties on the quay, marine villa & the sea cabin & the sail loft & the soon to be pearl.
t h e s e a c a b i n
in october this year, 2025, we made a really darling small childs room at the sea cabin with bunk beds, sleeping two under 12's, so the sea cabin now sleeps up to two adults and two children or one small teen.
in march this year, 2025, we converted the glass covered courtyard at the sea cabin to the most amazing sitting | dining room, the light is just glorious, cozy if the rain is horizontal, open to the air if sunny.

a new ( v fancy ) gate is being installed on the next spring tide, boats sailing in and out is a sight to behold ... the team who are installing it will be missed, as will their high vis !!

we can now offer the most fantastic surf lessons by tilly, little ones to grown ups, all abilities. her fave beach just happens to be our closest surf beach, watergate bay, where she will hire wetsuits & boards for you, with hot showers after !
